According to the healthcare laws in Singapore, only doctors accredited by the Office of the Public Guardian (OPG), lawyers, or registered psychiatrists can issue a Lasting Power of Attorney certificate to the patients, not anyone else. Acacia Medical Clinic has all three and so they act as the cheapest LPA certificate issuer.
